Growing up in the heart of Sayville, Long Island; Chef/Owner Stephen Rizzo began to realize that the community was in dire need of something new, unique and eclectic. He began to put his dream into reality by opening Long Island's first butcher and restaurant; Off The Block Kitchen & Meats, in 2015.
Great service. Food was amazing. We ordered the Asian Cubano, Chicken wrap and the hubs got a burger. Great twist of spices and flavors, complementing every bite! Nice choices of craft beer and wines too! Thank you for a relaxing lunch after a rough day!
I absolutely love this place. Food is amazing. Very small seating area but they make it work. Live music and great service. The Cesar kale salad is my favorite.
Food is creative and delicious. Even on a busy evening, staff is attentive and making sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. Nice music playing and a great vibe to the place.
I have had lunch here a few times when I come visit back to my hometown. The food is absolutely delicious. Their burgers are great and that is usually one of my go-tos here.
Cannot recommend this place enough. The food is such high quality and always cooked perfectly. I have been there a ton of times and never had an "off" day with the food. Everything is prepared and cooked to your liking. Unique alcohol selection too. Staff is always very nice and attentive.
